The PIC microchip is a microcontroller which can be programmed to do specific task
We used the PIC16f684 chip and learned to program it through tutorials in for MPLAB
MPLAB is an IDE that is used to program the PIC chip.
Using the MPLAB IDE, we performed 11 tutorials which helped us understand and allow communication with the PIC microcontroller
We learned to make LEDs flash in certain patterns and time on the breadboard with the PIC chip.
Learned complex things like counting and moving data in storage in the registers.
Also, learned how to move motors and program them to move in certain patterns.
